A free and confidential NHS service:
We all experience difficult times when we feel like we can’t cope. These incidents can affect your everyday life and prevent you from leading a normal life.
If you are suffering from depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, excessive worry or low mood, then NHS Talking Therapies can help.
Referrals can be made online or by phone.
Free Drop-In Service:
We now run in person drop-ins across BNSSG where you can come and talk to one of our friendly team about our services, and have a supported referral if needed. Click here for more information.
NHS Talking Therapies is a FREE service that provides short-term, evidence-based treatments for anxiety and depression, and you don’t need to visit a GP to get help – the options for referring to the service are shown below.
