Closing the gap in support for victims of cybercrime, digital fraud & online harm
The Cyber Helpline is a movement by the cybersecurity community to step in and fill the gap in support for victims of cybercrime, digital fraud and online harm. Our unique model allows us to harness the skills and expertise of the cybersecurity community and change lives by helping thousands of victims a month.

Over 600,000 individuals have accessed our help and our helpline has directly supported more than 55,000 victims.

We provide a free 24/7 self-help service and a confidential helpline for individuals and sole traders. We help victims understand, contain, recover and learn from cyber attacks by linking them with cybersecurity technology & experts who provide relevant advice and guidance.

13 years or older living in the UK.
